I have my interview this Friday in Phoenix. What are people's experiences with this office?

Also, does every letter have the text "THIS INTERVIEW WILL BE AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDED" in bold? This made me kind of nervous.

Hi there, don't worry about the recording, it's standard operating procedure. Every interview gets recorded, they need it for their file. You will take an oath to not lie, and the recording is your testimony. The immigration officer will likely tell you when the camera is off and you are off the record.
