February Filer Request For Initial Evidence
So this morning I happened to make a mistake and and switched my email accounts from my iPhone from my social email to the email address I use for important things and I noticed an email form USCIS it said that we have taken an action on your case , I was so excited so I logged in this morning around 7is thinking I’ll get my EAD or something like that but it stated On June 04, 2019, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1990601 **** The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for evidence by June 19, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. My sister sent out the package and she sent everything even tax documents so I’m nervous and anxious what their asking for, This process is so nerve recking.

You will received the notice maybe 7 days, I got one on March 22F2B
2/7: delivered
2/22: rejection because immigration visa is not available
2/26: explanation letter, sent again
2/28: PD
3/14: 3 text message, check cashed out
3/21: received 3 NOA by mail
3/29: Biometric done
4/23: Biometric done second time
4/24: I485 - Case is Ready to Be Scheduled Interview
7/30: request I765 case out of normal processing time start at SR...
8/29: call and officer request another service start at T1B...
9/5: received email card production -
Revived my noticed their asking for I864, my sister did the paperwork and claimed she sent that out however I’m going to need to send out it again but waiting on her to return from her trip cause she is my co sponsorComment

I sent her the paper work so she can work on the paperwork the waiting game is so hard, their asking her for proof of her taxes etc. I hope she attach as much proof of her income as she can, then she will send it down to NYC and I’ll be expressing mail it to them with our current tax filling.Comment
