    Hi guys, great news! My interview is finally scheduled at Oakland Park (PD 23 April 2018)!

    I've pulled together my evidence list below - what do you think? Anything else that you would recommend adding? We don't have cable or internet bills as these are included in our rent.

      • Monthly checking statements from April 2018 until May 2019
    • Joint Bank of America credit card:
      • Monthly credit card statements from April 2018 until May 2019, indicating all household and living expenses
      • 2018-year summary, showing overview of all transactions for 2018

      • My wife’s 401k, showing me as 100% beneficiary

    09/25/18: I-765 New Card being produced (via Case Tracker)
    09/26/18: I-765 and I-131 approved (via uscis.dhs.gov)

    06/05/19: Interview scheduled

    Looks solid! Only thing I can think of is marriage license and/or certificate if you got one. Otherwise, that should be an easy case for you guys and the IO. Good luck!

    07-17: NOA texts & emails (~10:30 pm)
    07-17: Checks cashed
    07-20: 3 NOAs received in the mail
    07-27: Biometrics letter in mail; scheduled for 08-08
    07-30: Biometrics done; USCIS received on 07-31
    08-02: RFIE for proof of legal employment; replied 08-04
    08-08: USCIS received RFIE, case no longer on hold
    10-04: AP approved
    11-28: Case Ready to Be Scheduled for Interview
    11-29: EAD approved

      Yep, good point. I have that in the section with our passports and birth certificates, but will add it to the above list. Thanks!
