Hi everyone,
I have a question about utility bills.
Spectrum refuses to add another name in the billing account because apparently only one person is allowed. The best they can offer was to have the other spouse to be as an "attention to" when bills are mailed out.
I called Coned and it's the same situation. It's so frustrating! Has anyone experienced this?
Is it ok to have one spouse as the person to be billed and the other spouse to be just an "attention to" for utility bills as evidence?
