Need help!!!
Hello,
My employer had filed my 140 as a substitution to another approved LCA in Nov 2001. After approval my 485 was filed in May 2002 at NSC. It was transferred to a local center in April 2004 and now we have got a request to appear for an interview for AOS.
However, in these 2 yrs , my job definiotn has changed and i have got promoted. I am also earning considerably more. Will this effect my chances of getting an approval??
