Please keep us updated. I hope they fix that issue for you, if they do I might try and call them too.
I haven't received any updates after "We received your case" and I already received a biometrics appointment letter and already did it a month ago too. Didn't try to call them before because I heard it's okay sometimes the system doesn't update but it would be so nice and relieving if they could fix it!

I did my biometric in early July . I already filed expedite . Last Friday ,received email said they have receved supporting documents and my request is under review that I will received shortly.

Hey guys. I received an updated on my I485. Ready to be scheduled for an interview. Things are moving along!

I am having EAD request via Congressman's office. 13 days already and I have not heard anything from Congressman or USCIS. The Deadline for accepting job offer is 08/28. I hope I can get EAD and work. My first I-485 was denied because I forgot to submit medical paper in the interview. Hopefully this time works.
Here is my timeline:
05/17/2019: Sent package (I-485, I-765 and medical)
06/03/2019: Receive NOAs in mail
06/10/2019: Receive biometric appointment
06/26/2019: Biometric done
08/06/2019: Status change "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview"
08/08/2019: Expedite EAD through Congressman. (I submited job offer letter)

Update: 08/27/2019: I-765 update: "New card is being produced". Finally I can work soon.

I submit mine on august 9th , I received an email about two weeks ago. In the email said they have received my supporting documents for my EAD , and my request is currently under review . It's been a month , they always told me to wait when I call them . it is really frustrated , coz my job offer is expried end of this month

Aug 8 2019 request for initial evidence for 485 requested (latest tax return of my wife)
Aug 14 2019 USCIS received evidence to 485
NO NEWS FOR MY EXPEDITE 765, called the 2 Senator's office again
Aug 12 2019 130 approval notice received
Aug 29 2019 Interview scheduled for 485
Sept 5 2019 Interview notice received
Sept 6 2019 New card being produced
WAITING FOR MY EAD IN MAIL TO GET DOWN TO WORK

It seems that the case of those June filers who requested EAD expedite has moved forward fast. Is there anyone who didn't make an expedite request but who received RFE or notice of interview ready to be scheduled? If so, please let us know. Thanks.

June 25 - sent AOS package, I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131
June 28 - package delivered
July 3 - notifications and text message
July 12 - notice of action letter for biometrics schedule for July 25
July 15 - biometrics wall in at the Albany NY field office
July 16- update finger print review complete
September 5 - case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
September 7 - courtesy letter for missing I-693

It's been a month since I filed expedite , still haven't received decision yet . I can't go to my local senator ,coz he is not very friendly with people frommy country . Does anyone know what should I do now ? Any suggestion ?

hello guys i just want to give a quick update about my case . usciss sent my reciepts on jun 7 2019 , and on sep 9 , 2019 i recieved my EAD card which will expire in a year. now for my i 485 still says name was updated . so based on this how long do i have to wait for my green card descition ? i applied on a u visa . any help will be helpful . thank you

Why don't you try the other Senator in your consistent or better still your Congressman. I think you should be able to their staffer on the phone too to help. Wish you well.
