Government Assistance question please help!

My wife is the USC and i'm adjusting status via marriage and well.. i just found out my wife is pregnant through at home pregnancy tests! i'm very happy, my only question is can she get government help for pregnant woman for herself and not intervene with our immigration process or would that bring up complications with our case?
Btw my interview is next Thursday on the 20th !!!
