I just got my conditional green card, at the time of interview my attorney asked immigration office my marriage is more than two years old so i should get conditional or permanent card so the officer told it should be the permanent for 10 years because my marriage is more than two years old at the time of adjustment of status interview, still they send me the conditional card. Is this the officer's discretion to give the conditional in place of permanent care (10 years) or he did mistake, if he did then what is the solution to get it correct. Please tell me I am very confused Thanx
