Interview 2018 and 601 Waiver

Does anyone have experience with having their 485 approved with the inadmissibility waiver? Our interview was last October and the case manager told us to expect a decision in 60 days (our attorney was also present). Our USCIS Office is not taking InfoPass appointments and it has been more than 8 months. Our lawyer is not helpful and keeps telling us to wait. However, I just had to extend my EAD by 6 months and I am concerned as to why it is taking so long. I checked the USCIS my account page and there's nothing on there. Not even my interview date, just that the interview notice was mailed last September. Is there anything else I can do? I am told that the 485 is adjudicated alongside the 601 but we were also told 60 days for a decision considering there was a waiver attached to it. I am so tired and just want this process to be over.

Edited to add: Concurrent filings 485, 130 and 765 May of 2018, EAD was in my hand last September.

That's really unfortunate. Maybe it's time to contact your congressman and/or senator to see if they can help you out. There have been cases in the past where senators contacted USCIS and their case moved quick. Good luck!
