Government Assistance question (i-485)

My wife is the USC and i'm adjusting status via marriage and well.. i just found out my wife is pregnant through at home pregnancy tests! i'm very happy, my only question is can she get government help for pregnant woman for herself and not intervene with our immigration process or would that bring up complications with our case?
Btw my interview is next Thursday on the 20th !!

There is this show I listen sometimes in YouTube. Is an immigration lawyer. Brad Bernstein show. In one of them them he was saying that if the petitioner was asking for government help, then obviously he can’t support someone else. I’m not sure if that applies for a pregnancy help. Good luck ????
