Wondering if someone can help me on the RFE front because I have two points on it...and also a question on I-864. So three things below:

First it is saying we don't meet the poverty guideline - My wife's salary on this year's tax return was around $50,000 and our household size is 3 - based on the current guideline on form I864P our minimum is $26,662...so I really don't understand how we aren't meeting the guideline...

They also said my sponsor's form had deficiencies, so i need to resubmit that....so wondering if because there was an issue on the form it automaticsally means I didn't have the poverty guideline covered?

Regarding I-864 (Part 5 - Sponsor Household Size) - As I am the person she is sponsoring on it, it auto-populates me towards the total, but it then asks her to put down a '1' for her husband, which would bring our total to 4 if we did that again. I assume I should put '0' because although she is married to me, I am already accounted for as she is petitioning for me....?

The form is definitely confusing that way. If you read the instructions, it says to definitely not count someone twice if they fit into multiple categories:
"Part 5. Sponsor’s Household Size Add together the number of persons for whom you are financially responsible. Some of these persons may not be residing with you. Make sure you do not count any individual more than once. In some cases the same person could fit into two categories. For example, your spouse, whom you would enter in Item Number 3., might also be a lawful permanent resident for whom you have already sponsored using Form I-864 (Item Number 6.). If you included your spouse in Item Number 3., do not include him or her again in Item Number 6"

Yes. Or, leave it blank like we did. We felt more comfortable leaving it blank than putting a zero but they will understand either way.
