Principle applicant got the GC, Dependent still Pending

Hello everyone!
We (me, my wife & my son) had an I-485 employment based interview and it went well! same day in the evening me and my son status got updated online that case is approved, but there were no updates for my wife case.
After one week me and my son got the Green card in mail as well but still no updates on my wife case, Online it still says interview was scheduled.
Anyone else went through this scenario?
How long should we wait to file a service request or inquiry to USCIS that why still the case is not approved?

Sometimes they need to do extra check and could take a few weeks to approve. It is so stressful.
I think you can call but I bet they will say it can take 30-60 days, but is better to ask (maybe they missed the 'print' button). Good luck.

Same thing happened to us. Hard to say what to do next as there is not much clarity on this.

Does your wife have an arrest or detention on her record?

No. My wife doesn't have any type of detention of arrest on record for her... the interview went very well! so not sure why there is a delay.
