Hello everyone,
I had my interview back in March 26th but my medical was expired (i know, i thought it wasn't because of the new guidelines. My mistake). I received a RFE back in May for new medical, did it, but waited to send out til June 3rd because my two-year marriage anniversary is June 5th (see, worked out afterall). I live in South Florida so my local office is the Oakland Park one. Has anyone had any similar experience with waiting for RFE response from them? My medical arrived on the 4th (next day) but i still have not received any response or update from them. My status still shows as "Interview complete but under review". I-130 has been approved already though. It's gonna be two weeks tomorrow since the RFE arrived and was signed.
Should i call USCIS and ask for Tier 2 to get update? wait it out? I know.. there are far worse things to be worried about, but the wait has been long (application was sent out back in July of 2017).
