Hey guys,
I’m new here and I’m honestly in panic and fear! I’m married to an American citizen. We have a handsome son together.
We applied for an I-130 and I-485 on 09/15/2017.
On the USCIS website when I enter my MSC receipt number it shows it doesn’t exist but when I call them they say that it’s still pending and there are no updates. Since that date. The only update since is that “Response to USCIS’S request for Evidence Was Received” That was on November,24,2017. That was the last update on my I-485! Everytime I call they say that nothing can be done but waiting! But I truly am scared since my wife and son rely on my income and work.
As for my I-130 the only update on that is that my case recieved September/18/2017 and nothing has been updated.
No interview or medical exam has been requested!
