    Rfe - i485

    Hi
    has anyone experience a delay with an RFE. We are based in Texas ( Dallas office) after our meeting in January, the I130 was approved but they ask for additional information. The information requested was submitted a month after ( I have tracking number) my lawyer and I have been submitting service requests for the past 4 months and there is no answer on why this is taking so long.

    Has anyone experienced the Same?

    Any help will will be greatly appreciated.

    That's a long time. Maybe is time to get help from congress representative.

    Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
    Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

      SAME HERE!!! I'm in Atlanta GA, i-130 was approved 1 day after interview but they asked for my birth certificate notarial. Delivered 3 months ago, still no update.
      PD - 3/2/2018
      Biometrics - sometime in April
      RFIE - 7/3
      Response to RFE received - 7/16
      Case ready to be scheduled for interview - 8/14
      EAD is being produced - 9/4
      Combo card in hand - 9/11
      Interview is scheduled - 1/18/2019
      Interview - 2/26/2019
