Ready to file AOS forms, anything I'm missing?

Hi all,

I'm ready to file AOS forms for my wife. I'm a USC and my wife is a Japanese citizen. These are the forms I'm filing tomorrow:

1. I-130
2. I-131
3. I-485
4. I-693
5. I-765
6. I-864EZ

Are there any other forms I'm missing?
