I have two kids 1 year old and 3 year old boy. Should I take them to the interview with us.

If kids don't have pending I-485, it is best to make alternate arrangements while you go for the interview. It may be a long process, and if they start crying or get fussy, things may get messed up for you if you are not able to concentrate.

and a possible long wait before the interview. my wife and I went for AOS interview this week. We were scheduled for 1:00 pm but they did not get to us until after 3:00 and there were still plenty of people in the waiting room.
