Final stage uploading documents

I had being waited about 3 years for an application approval to get into final stage in March
uploading documents but not that successfully.

likely more hard time from them coming over me like uploaded documents had been accepted
or submitted then missing..moreover they need my police paper for my 1st divorce,... i never
heard about that. We have court order for divorce in Australia but never get police page for it.

Some staffs working in there is giving me hard time, I do believe, I didn't write anything they
dislike or my message made someone working there uncomfortable, I never know...

Any hotline or complaint I could lodge about that bad experience? If anyone knows, please be
advised with thanks.
