Form 485 after student visa denied

April 19 2018 filed for change of status from tourist to student visa.
January 30th 2019received a letter from immigration with a denial due to failure to maintain status of the B2 visa (school did not properly guided to this step). Letter says they may issue NTA.
Did a motion to reopen and it was denied on April 19 2019.
On April 19th my husband became citizen. We got married on April 30th and filed 485 and 3 more applications. I am wondering if immigration can still send me NTA because of my other case and what I can do to avoid. Should I let them knkw about my new case?

Have you received your receipt notices for i485 and other forms? Because if your husband has become a citizen your issue with the B2 visa should not be an issue. But it is just my opinion. If you have received a receipt notice for i485 you are in AOS pending status so should be fine i think.

Yes I did receive my receipts but not fingerprints appointment yet. It has been a month and a week already. Thanks for your reply
