Waiting for Interview - PD: SEP-20-2018, Virginia and no scheduled date?

As per title, my PD is SEP-20-2018 and now is JUN-22-2019 & still no interview yet.
Just wanna check with you guys if anyone is having same issues, or this is normal, or this is just too long for my PD?

20-SEP-2018: PD (sent from Dallas/Fort Worth, TX)
2-OCT-2018: Change of Address AR-11 (moved to Virginia with wife)
30-OCT-2018: Biometrics done
30-JAN-2019: Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
15-FEB-2019: Case Was Approved (I-765 approval letter)
23-FEB-2019: EAD in hand
5-MAR-2019: SSN in hand

Im not really sure but seeing the case processing times, says 11-26 months for family based applications. Im 118 days since ready to beschedule for interview update but no news after that. Still waiting for that interview. By the way i checked mine under Washington DC since im filing from Alexandria im not sure if that's correct or should i be under Norfolk VA

Yep, seems like the case is proceeding normally. Just need to be patient and wait it out... you'll get the notice for interview soon.
