I was wondering if it's possible to file expedite paperwork together with AP application. An alternative could be emergency AP through infopass, I think.
I am told that it's risky while I-485 is pending especially if you have overstayed prior status and you can be denied readmission even with valid AP. Is there a specific reason to deny re-entry even with AP? I haven't actually seen any posts where someone was denied.
I am so conflicted about it but I have a very sick loved one that I'd like to go see.
