i-90 for lost card

The post office lost my green card. I have filed the i-90 form and gone to the biometrics appointment. Does anyone know what happens next? No one seems to be able to help me at USCIS.

What do you mean what happens next? You wait several months to a year for the replacement card. If you need proof of permanent residence in the meantime, you can make an appointment at the local office to get an I-551 stamp.
