Hello, We filed I-130 in Jan 2018 which is also our priority date. Our I-130 hasn't been approved yet. The F2A category on visa bulletin says 'Current' for month of July 2019. Can anyone confirm if I can file I-485 without I-130 being approved? If yes what are the other things I will need along with I-485? Also, would it be to early to send a medical with I-485? I appreciate all the wonderful people looking out for each other here.

You can file i485 just make sure to attach your i130 receipt notice. There are separate threads about what to attach. I suggest you read through those and be sure to front load your evidence (all prior visa stamps, i94, marriage certificate, joint lease, joint bank statements, joint insurance and pictures, and literally everything else you think will prove your relationship). If you read through posts on this forum people have posted so much about that.
