Typo errors to application, what to do?

Hi folks,

I found that I made a typo error to my I-485, which had been submitted and received by USCIS early this month. They have not yet mailed or texted me the receipt notice, meaning they might not have started to process my application. What should I do at this point? Who and when should I contact to correct the typo? Anybody having similar issue please share your experience. Thank you!

Without saying what type of typo or what part of the form , is hard to say.

If USCIS does not catch the typo error you can update and correct the form in the interview and as long as the correction is not a deal breaker you will be ok.
