Hi All,
Finally, I-485 status has been changed to Interview was scheduled and we are expecting an interview somewhere in mid-July. (Priority Date is in March 2017) Below are the documents which we are planning to take it, let us know if anything else is required or we are missing any documents.
Joint Account Documents:
1. Debit Card Statements of 3 banks with a joint account (From our marriage date to Current)
2. Joint Credit card statements as my husband added me as an authorized user to the account.
3. Lease papers of the past 2 years
4. Joint Car Insurance Statement
5. Joint Home Renters Insurance
6. Joint Health Insurance Benefits
7. Employee benefit reviews where my husband has added me as dependent as well as the beneficiary.
8. 401k Account statement showing me added as the beneficiary.
9. Joint Tax return documents along with IRS transcripts (2017 and 2018)
10.Trips which we have taken together for a vacation along with Theme park tickets (e.g. Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld) along with rental car and motel confirmation email
11. Pictures were taken together along with the family for over 2 years.
Individual Document:
1. Credit Card Statements of both of us showing the same address
2. Individual Pay Statements of both us
3. Last two years of W2s
4. Bonafide Letter from both of our employers
5. Marriage Certificate copy
Petitioner Document
1. Green Card
2. Passport along with front page and last page copy
3. Birth Certificate original and copy
4. Master’s degree certificate original and copy
5. University Admission letter along with registered classes email copy. (Will start going to school in Aug 2019)
Beneficiary Document
1.Passport original and copy of first, last, visa and stamping copy
2. I-94
3. Latest I-20 with OPT and STEM OPT
4. Birth Certificate original and copy
5. Bachelor’s degree original and copy
6. MS degree copy and transcripts
7. OPT and STEM OPT EAD card original and copy
8. GC Combo EAD card original and copy
USCIS Letters
1.All I-797s which we have received as part of the full application process along with RFE letter and courtesy letter for I-693.
2. Biometrics appointment letter
3.Sealed I-693 given by Doctor
