Hi everyone, My status is pending I485 through EB1. I need to renew my AP and EAD before they got expired. I wonder how I need to answer a question in form I-131 asking: "On a sheet of paper explain how you are qualified for grant of travel document?"
I have a sick mother back home(Iran) and might travel to visit her. I wonder if I need to enclose all of her related medical documents for this question? or I should perhaps simply state that I am qualified for travel permit as an EB1 holder with pending I-485 application. My attorney did not sent any medical doc when applied for the first time. I appreciate any of your suggestions or experience
