  • Rejection Notice for form I-130 and I-485 and I-765

I filed immigration forms I-130, I-458, I-765 last week and they returned forms back to me today with form I-797C rejection notice
rejection notice form I-130 says its old form version and I need to file the new version again which is I understand it but rejection notice form I-458 and I-765 says (THE PRINCIPAL APPLICATION COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE REASONS SPECIFIED ON THE RELATED OF ACTION (FORM I-797) THREFORE THE PROCESSING OF ALL RIDING APPLICATION CANNOT CONTINUE) they don't explain what the mistakes in those forms, I checked it again and there is not mistakes, anyone know what that means ?

You said the I-130 was rejected because the form was outdated and that’s the reason the I-485 and I-765 were rejected too. The I-130 is the principle form and has to be accepted first in order for the other forms to be accepted. File the new version of I-130 along with the I-485 and I-765 and everything will be alright. Good luck.

You’re welcome! These things happen. Remember form I-130A. That’s if you’re the spouse of a usc

I-130 for spouse needs I-130A, among other things. See the form instructions

Re-delivery? Did you by any chance not use the correct address for USPS? Typically, USPS just puts your package in USCIS mailbox and for other mail services, it's the other address.
