    Downgrading from EB2 to EB3

    Hello,

    I have a priority date of August 2009 - EB2. However, since EB3 is moving faster I was planning to downgrade to EB3. If I file for the downgrade right now how much time will it take for the process to be complete. Or should I wait till EB3 priority date has moved past August 2009 and then file for my downgrade?
