My husband did NIW for 5 years and completed last July 2018. However his employers had filed app for GC back in 2014 after one year of employment and our biometrics was done in Sept 2014. We have been waiting for an update for ages now. Sent inquiry twice and just now requested congressman who have sent an inquiry as well. It will be 6 weeks tomorrow but they have not had much response from USCIS except that our case is gone to an adjudicating Officer. Anyone with similar timeline as ours or if someone had congressman involved, how long did their case take after that?
