K1 Visa and I-485 Adjustment of Status

My fiancee entered the country with a K1 Visa and we go married within the 90 days. now trying to file for Adjustment Status. The question is, and hopefully someone can answer..... I know we need to fill out the for I-485, but do we need to fill out all the other forms? What I mean is the Biographic Information G-325, The Affidavit of Support I-134. Employment letter, etc, etc, etc. All these forms and the medical examination was already done in her country, even the vaccination. and X-rays. Its just weird to me that we may need to fill all these forms again since it was done already... Does anyone have the answer... Would appreciated very much....

Fill out all the forms again. They are going to a different persons desk.

Small side note for the medical examination. The instructions say that if you had an examination within the last year for a VISA that you will only need the vacination portion done.

We believed the instructions and only did the vacination portion but when we went to the green card interview(last week), we were told that we need to go back to the civil surgeon to have all of the medical examination completed.
