I-485 Change of Address/I 130 needed for multiple entryvisitor's visa?

Hello,
I have received the Notice of Action for my mother's I 485 and I 130. I filed from Texas but my mother is in Boston visiting family--
1. Should I change her address so that they schedule her fingerprinting in Boston, or should I just have her fly out for her appt in Texas?
2. She has a 10 year multiple entry visa and wants to go back to India in May (which is when her I 94 expires)...does she need her I 130 for that or can she just go and come back since she has a valid 10 yr multiple entry?
Please help!
