my I-485, was sent last March 1st. when should I received the receipt notice.?thanks

I just receive an email from my agency that receipt notices are getting delayed right now and Im expecting 5-8 weeks before I will receive it.Is it true ?hmm...

are you in EB category too? when did you your i-485? mine was last march 1st and still waiting for the receipt notice.Ive heard that its delayed,they're sending receipt notices after 5-8 weeks.

no am on FI student visa and i sent out my package on the 17th of march so u hve not got any notice yet u should contact uscis they say if its over a month then contact them all the best keep in touch

ok i just got my notice yesterday i think u need to call customer service ASAP coz thry might hve sent it but its taking time to get to u u need to call coz they alwz send u for biometrics like a week to two weeks after call and see if u can obtain receipt # that way you will be able to know

OK. I will try to call them tomorrow. my lawyer told me that it notices are delayed 5-8 weeks thats why i didnt bother to call. But I will try tomorrow.keep me posted.thanks

yes i went to mine on the 21st i think they send it directly to the uscis where your papers is am waiting on the next step am tired of waiting
