As per my knowledge they wouldn’t need your finger prints again but they might need new medical tho. Could you please share your experience traveling out side states.? How long you had to stop at the secondary screening at the port of entry while backing to states.? Thanks.

I went twice back to back. Each time i stayed less than 6 mins. They were really quick and fast. I had no problem whats so ever, no question asked. It was pretty smooth.

I applied to renew my EAD and once I received the NOA confirming their receipt of my renewal application my account at myuscis.gov indicated that "fingerprint review was completed" so I'm assuming there will be no need for another fingerprint session. If you create an account at myuscis.gov you will get more information - sometimes.
        Cheers.

I traveled using my AP and stayed in my home country for a month. When I got back the officer told me since I have AP they need to check that and took me to other room. Other officer checked that on the computer and stamped my passport and was free to go. no questions or anything, they were very nice.
