Hi,
We had our interview in NYC on March 11th, 2019. Everything went well and the officer said we should hear back soon but she needs to get her supervisor's approval on our case. My understanding is that she is either new or does not have the authority to approve cases on her own.
We have never received any RFEs and our status never changed to interview completed either... it is still stuck on "your interview was scheduled".
120 days just passed on 07/09/2019 and I decided to call USCIS to follow up. I spoke with Tier 2 officer and she told me she does not see any other update on this case beside the fact that it is with my local office.
I cannot make an info-pass as they are no longer available in NYC.
I raised an SR a couple of weeks ago and we should see a response by July 16th 2019 but I am not very hopeful since talking to them in person didn't bring any updates either.
Any suggestions?
