Iam the primary applicant . The online status says that my 485 is approved but my wife's(Derivative) has an RFE issued.
The approved date for me is 11/18/2004 and the RFE date for my wife is 11/17/2004. My Receipt date for 485 is 09/12/2002.
My question is how long will it take to receive the notices by mail for both the approval and RFE?
I have changed address during this time and have filed AR-11 form and have called 800 number and have changed it. I also got a return receipt for the AR-11 filed by mail and CIS have sent me a letter stating that i called them and changed the address.
I also understand that the attorney will get original and we'll get the courtesy copy.
Iam nervous as it is already 4 or 5 days after the online status change.
Kindly give me your expert opinion.
