I-485 Interview completed on EB3 and PD gone back

Hi Friends,

Please let me know your comments on my situation.

I-485 interview is completed on May 2019 and got an RFE and we are preparing for the RFE.

The PD is Feb 2009 and it gone back to 2006 in Aug 2019 visa bulletin.

Do I need to wait till the PD becomes current to get the GC or where I'm standing now in GC roadmap?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

If you don't file the RFE this month, then they can't approve the GC until the PD is current again (October maybe?).

If you respond to the RFE this month, the may or may not approve the GC this month.
