EAD And i485 HELP!!!

My 765 and 485 received on 12/4/2018.
On 1/3/2019 requests more evidence ( tax 2018).
Sent evidence on 2/15, received 2/23.
485 changed to “case ready for schedule interview”. 2/27.
765 not changing still request for evidence till now 7/15.Is that because they didn’t update?
765 base on 485.
any ideas??????

Which city are you filing from? Check your city here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
It's perfectly normal for the process to take anywhere from a few months to a year plus. There will be long stretches where you hear nothing.

Did you get 2 RFE or only 1?

From what I understand, the RFE should show the case number. If you only received one, check the case number, my guess is that it shows the I-485 case number. I think they made a mistake updating I-765 status. Usually RFE are sent only for I-485.

If they updated I-765 by mistake, then that will stay there until there is an actual I-765 update.

Online updates are not always accurate, my I 131 shows case received 435 days ago. was approved back in 10/2018.

USCIS acknowledged that my RFIE was received few days after I sent it but then everything was silent until nearly 9 months after which they said interview was scheduled. So yeah, until you hear otherwise from them, you are okay. Just hang tight!
