I filed the I-102 to replace an I-94, and they said they sent an approval letter but I did not receive it. After speaking to several officers, nobody knows what an approval letter is and they just say to file the form and pay $445 again. My question is, what is an acceptance letter, does it contain further instructions? Does it contain the original I-94? Does it contain a replacement? Is there a way to get a copy without paying again? They don't seem to care at all.
