I filed my case on August 7, 2017 since then took a long ride to get my interview that was complete on March 14, 2019 I got handed a letter saying I should wait 120 days what I did, then open a ticket to try to expedite my case, unfortunately since then nothing have move, today I got a respond to my ticket:
We researched your case and found that it requires additional review before we can make a decision. We do not know how long this review will take. You do not need to do anything at this time. If we need anything from you, we will mail you a request for evidence. When we make a decision on your case, we will mail you a notice to you or your representative at the address you gave us.
I really don't know whats taking too long but I will appreciated any ideas or similar experiences
