I have a question and I'd really appreciate if someone could answer it.
I am applying for AOS (form I-485) tomorrow. However, my spouse has an open non-immigrant application at USCIS, the reason we have decided not to apply together and she is going to apply later after her application is finalized. I have two questions. First, is there going to be any change in our case compared to the time when principle and derivative file the AOS together?
Second, in part 5, question 10 of the form I-485, it asks if my spouse is going to apply with me or not! It's a Yes/No question and I'm not sure what I should put as my answer.
Please let me know if you have any idea.
