Think my case is stuck and don't know how to talk to someone live

Filed I-485 (Marriage Based) along with I130,I131,I765 in March.

April 1 - Letters with receipt numbers accepting cases.
Letter received for biometrics appointment scheduled for April 29th.
April 29th - went to biometrics appointment and was fingerprinted

Not a single status change in any cases since then. Status of I-485 is "On April 4, 2019, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485". I would have expected to at least have gotten fingerprint review completed?

Was originally sent to Chicago lockbox but now I think is at NBC.

Tried calling different phone numbers but couldn't get through with receipt number because they say it is within processing times.

How do I talk with someone? Do I literally have to wait over a year to find out that the case got stuck at fingerprinting?

It’s absolutely normal processing time. I applied back in December and after my biometrics in January didn’t hear anything all the way up to May so it’s alright. Just remember there’re soooo many other cases. Good luck

This is totally within processing times. I filed in March 2018, and waited till mid August for the case to be "ready to be scheduled for an interview", and did not get EAD till September. You will need a lot of patience through this process.

But just in case you do want to talk to a live person: when you call the number chose the option 'update on case' and then the option 'cannot find case number'... i believe it is 1-1-2-2 and then you can talk to an actual human being They wont be that helpful though because this is definitely still within the normal processing time.

You’ll probably hear something from them mid August or beginning of September. You can talk to a live person but they are no help.
