  • Letter Sample

    Hello!
I just heard not so good news about my mother's health,so I have decided to reach out to a senator to see if I can get my AP.
I was wondering if anyone that has done that has a sample of the letter they used. I assume it should be somewhat formal, but not sure.
Any tip is very much appreciated.

Explicitly state what kind of request this is. State which criteria meet your expedite request. List your receipt and A number, address, full name, sign at the end. Describe the situation and mention which proof you're attaching. Letter itself isn't an evidence. All the best! We had good luck with a House Representative's office. Senators never responded, so message everyone you can.

          Oh,ok.
I didn't think I needed to send documents with the letter to the senator. I didn't even see an option to attach anything ( I used his website).
          thano you!

Don't worry. You will be asked to provide additional documentation later. Try contacting your House Representative as well. We had no luck with getting a response from Senators.
