Hai

I have applied for my green card and right now it is in I140
i have a question i.e what all documents we need to submit
at the time of 485.
actually i came to us in 98 and i did not get paid by my employer till jan of 99 and till june99, then i changed the company got paid from march 2000 to march 2001 from then
he reduced the salary to 20k(on bench) now i am wandering
how this is going to effect my green card processing.

i.e for 99 my w2 shows 21k as income
for 2000 it shows 51k
and for 2001 it shows 21k....

replay will be greatly appriciated.

For AOS/CP you'd need to reproduce Federal Tax return along with your W2s for the last three years.

I'm not sure if reduced salary (00->01)is a problem but increased one (99-00) is definitely not a problem.

I mean that's why there's a Preview box you can check mark to be able to see what you've posted. I mean Jeesh, Some people this days, won't even take Five seconds to preview things anymore. I mean like for example, you are about to back your car out of the garage, it only takes five seconds to look to the rear. I mean let's just say you didn't look, you could of hit someone or even your own kids. Let's be alittle more realistic, Just take your time to write something, make it formal, so people can be interested in it, and not make a fool of yourself.

Well you see that, I just did the example for you. I forgot to tell you that there wasn't only a box where you can check mark to be able to preview it, but If you notice closely, that to the right there's a button that clearly says "Spell Check" If you were too lazy to read, Jeesh Just hit that ***** button it'll do the rest for you..
