Hi, my wife came here on a visitor visa and we recently got married. Now I am trying to file for an adjustment in her status so that she doesn’t have to go back and can live here permanently. I am unsure of the filing fees as I understand that there is a $1225.00 fee but do I have to include a payment $535.00 for the I-130 that I file along with my entire packet?
