I-94-W expired officially on 12/22/09.
means, overstayed Visa Waiver, but filed for 130&485 etc. concurrently within the time frame of 180 Days, after marriage to USC in 11/09. Received NOA today. Have been told, NOT to travel behind immigration check-points in CA, even with NOA. They wouldn't care, just looking me up in there system and finding out, I overstayed Visa Waiver. They could arrest me... even deport me ?
NOA will not be recognized ? Can't believe it !
Somebody knows ? I live in San Diego and just want to drive up the coast to San Francisco. Nice trip, right ?
