That's the only thing I am waiting for right now. Also, if we only get a 2-years conditional green card, do we still get the unrestricted social security card? Or we only get unrestricted after we receive the 10 year green card? Thanks all.

Literally all we were asked for were the passports. No pictures, anything... and we were SO prepared lol... used all the ink in 2 new cartridges copying everything and putting into plastic sheet protectors.. used a label maker for picture timestamping... didn’t even ask for a look at the binder. But definitely better to be overprepared than not.Field Office - San Francisco

Typically it's walk in. I know Oakland office is definitely walk-in and the wait is about 30min. Once it's your turn to speak to an officer, the process to update your record is about 5min, super quick.B2; AoS; Same-Sex Marriage:USC

Hi everyone, just want to provide some updates on my case. Our interview was scheduled for 8AM at San Francisco today. We arrived at 7:30AM but waited in line for about 30min. Our Interviewer came to greet us at 8:10AM.
The whole interview was super quick, approximately 15-20 minutes. All questions were simple and straightforward, such as “how and when did you first meet”, “when was your first date”, “when was the first time you met your wife’s parents”, “what was your wife’s parents’ names”, “when and where was your husband/wife born”, “where do you live”, “how many people in your household”, “when did you get married”, “ when did you start living together”, “how many people attended your wedding”.
Other questions were related to typical “Yes or No” questions from I-485 application. At the end, my interviewer said she had everything she needed and asked us if we wanted to submit any additional support. I gave her the medical report, our 2018 joint tax return, joint bank statements from wedding date to present (1.5 years), joint credit card copies and statements, joint medical, dental and vision insurance, family auto insurance. We had more supporting documents but she said she had enough information. We also showed her our photo album but she only took 5 copies.
She didn’t say we had on spot approval and only said that we would get an update within 120 days. I felt like she was ready to conclude the interview in 15min but I had some questions at the end. That took us another 5-10 minutes.
We left the building at 8:35AM. When I finally arrived at work at 8:45AM, I got a text message/email update indicating that new case update “New Card Is Being Produced”!!!
What a sweet day! Good luck to everyone! I am very grateful and thank you for everyone who contributed their knowledge and experience in this forum.Field Office - San Francisco
