On March 3rd I get an update. Excited for nothing. They only now applied my biometrics to my I131 case. I did my biometrics Nov.22nd,2019 & within 30 mins. It was applied to my I765 & another case. Am truly disappointed by this slow process.AOS thru USC Spouse

So today, I got an SMS and an email stating that my cases have been denied. It includes I485, I131 and I765. I am devastated, broken and don't know what to do. They will send me the notice explaining the reason.Married to USC

I received the notice today and the reason was that I did not submit the support affidavit and that's why they denied my case without issuing any RFE. The only option I have now is to submit I290B to reconsider the case (along with justification and the missing documents) within 30 days or leave the country. I'm going to consult a lawyer. Although I'm not very hopeful that they are going to change their decision but we'll see what we can do.Married to USC
