I d not gave paper copies of old i94s but do have he rubber stamp of my entries at airport in passport. I do have the last entries i94 available online. Is that sufficient?

Yes, latest is the one you need. -
When the I94s were on paper, you had to return it when you traveled back to your home country. I guess you only need the last one (paper or electronic) and all the electronic ones that you have if you were living in the USA for some time.
