NOA timeline for credit card users

Hi all,

I am starting to hear that your chances of receiving an NOA within 2 weeks of filing is reduced significantly if you use a credit card instead of a check/money order.
I'm wondering if those who used a credit card can please share the timeline of when they received their NOAs? The NOA is the only thing stopping me from starting grad school at my dream school this August and I just want an idea of when I can expect it.

03/25/19 I-693 courtesy letter

Hi, I used credit card and waited 26 days to get the initial text notifications. Now aiting for biometric letter. Here's my timeline if it helps.

Married to: LPR
Field Office: San Francisco
Initial status: H1B
May 16, 2019 : i-130 Priority Date (got same PD for i-485)
July 02, 2019 : AOS package i485, i-765, i-131 sent to Chicago Lockbox
July 03, 2019 : AOS package delivered
July 28, 2019 : Credit card charged for $1225
July 29, 2019 : Texts at 8:33 PM PDT with 3 receipt numbers
Aug 02, 2019 : 3 NOA receipt letters via mail (MSC***)
Aug 09, 2019 : Biometrics letter via mail. Biometrics (walk-in) done
