Anybody waiting NoA for i 485 over 30 days?

I sent my i-485 packages 06/22/2019 to chicago lockbox.
But it's 41 days since my package delivered.

Check is not cashed so I have no receipt number.

I called USCIS and they said can't find my case, and need to time figure out.
And made service request for it and got replied to contact Customer service again.

Is there anybody who has similar experience like me, and please share yours.
